•Bring your own rope! There is limited cushioned space in the dungeon so bring a yoga mat and/or blanket.
*Dress for comfort, yoga pants or boxer briefs work best.
*We will make an effort to pair up single folks with a partner for the class but much of the class will still be useful for those that attend unpartnered.
